What We Do

Three Services, One Integrated Engagement

DFX Reviews · Strategic Sourcing · Market Research

Services

Three Core Services

Each service can be engaged individually or combined into one integrated engagement  — from a single question to full program execution.

    DFX Review & Project Management

We pre-review your design before you build — then walk it into production.

We analyze your specifications against real process capabilities and support the NPI cycle: concept validation, prototype coordination, and qualification planning through EVT/DVT/PVT-style milestones.

What We Deliver:

  • Manufacturability assessment against your design and process options
  • Risk heat map with critical tolerances and yield limiters identified
  • Recommended process route with material alternatives and rationale
  • QUAL plan aligned with NPI timeline & milestones
  • Early risk flags — identified and documented before tooling starts

Deliverable: DFX Assessment Report with risk heat map + NPI milestone plan.

     Strategic Sourcing & On-Site Audit

We visit suppliers — so you don't have to.

We go on-site to verify real capability — equipment, process control, quality systems, and operational discipline — then score them on a structured TQRDC framework.

What We Verify:

  • On-site audit findings with TQRDC scores and clear risk commentary
  • Qualified supplier shortlist with side‑by‑side comparisons of technical and commercial strengths
  • Second‑source strategy to reduce single‑supplier dependency and secure supply continuity
  • Technical and commercial terms — including pricing, lead times, and quality terms

Deliverable: Technical Audit Report with TQRDC scoring + Sourcing Report with qualified options.

     Research & Investigation Reports

Answers before investment. Evidence before decisions.

Before you commit to a design, a supplier, or a market, you need facts — not brochures. We accept focused investigation assignments and deliver written, defensible reports.

What We Investigate:

  • Technology feasibility — design, process, or material
  • Supply chain landscape — capability, capacity
  • Competitive & market intelligence — positioning, benchmarks
  • Patent and IP analysis — prior art, FTO opinions
  • Device teardown and performance benchmarking
  • Failure or dispute analysis — independent technical opinion

Deliverable: Investigation Report — findings, evidence, and clear written recommendations.

How to Get Started

How to Get Started

A low-risk first engagement begins with a protected technical discussion and a clearly defined scope.

Step 1

Share the Requirement

Tell us the intended function, target performance, current design status, quantity, timeline, and the decision you need to make — including patent or IP strategy questions.

Step 2

Protect the Information

We sign your NDA or use our standard agreement before specifications or sensitive information are shared.

Step 3

Review Feasibility and Scope

We identify open technical questions, manufacturing constraints, and required evidence — then define the scope, timeline, deliverables, and a fixed-price proposal.

Step 4

Execute with Documented Checkpoints

The project proceeds through agreed milestones, reviews, validation evidence, and escalation paths.

Ready to Start with a Defined Scope?

We'll provide a price proposal after a brief scoping call.
