Built Micro‑Nano Tech Institute from the Ground Up
Founded design, lithography, etching, NIL, materials, and testing capabilities — and delivered multiple products that became the first domestic mass‑production supplier for top‑tier consumer brands. Won Best Joint Innovation Award. Led a provincial R&D project on "micro-nano optics integrating semiconductor processes".
Built Thin‑Film Coating Department
Established the Thin-Film Coating Department and pioneered the development of 100G DWDM filters. By designing and setting-up a self-developed laser monitoring system, we achieved breakthrough improvements in wavelength accuracy and production stability.
Accumulated Decades in Optical Communications
Spanning product R&D, process development, NPI, volume manufacturing and supply chain across passive components, active devices, high‑speed modules, and coherent optics.
Developed Rich Experience Across CMOS Platforms
